NTH Site Upgraded

N.e.r.d.I've upgraded the NTH site to a newer release. Unfotunately I had to disable a lot of the modules and the theme I had going during this process. I'll see what I can do about getting things back the way they were previously, but at least I have the primary functionality back online.
