Q: I signed up for an account, but I didn't receive an email with my password.
A:
The majority of the time, the reason that the email containing your account information doesn't end up in your inbox, is because of some sort of delivery error with the email server hosting your email account. Either the remote server thought the email was spam, so it refused the message from our server or perhaps you had a typo in the email address when you entered it. If this happens, you can email village@nerdtreehouse.com and he should be able to help you resolve the matter.
